Step onto the trading floor to compete in the inaugural xStocks Hackathon, a builder-focused Hacker House bringing together top EVM developers to design and ship xStocks applications.
xStocks is the next-generation framework for tokenized equities. Built for interoperability, xStocks enables the seamless transfer of real-world assets between centralized and decentralized environments, unlocking new utility across exchanges, wallets, and on-chain applications.

Requirements
Submission
- All development must be conducted onsite
- You cannot steal code or project idea from another team
- The judges call is final.
- Strict adherence to submission deadlines is required
- 2-minute or less video demo required
- Slide presentation uploaded. Areas of focus:
- What problem are you solving?
- Can you describe your solution in one sentence?
- What's unique?
- Your implementation/approach
- Viability and Uptake
- Impact for xStocks
- Code must be pushed to a public repository (e.g. Github)
- Projects do not have to be fully finished, but they must be functional enough to demo

Borrow, Lend Track
Build the next generation of onchain structured products and leveraged exposure. Projects in this track should build on xStocks borrow/lend markets, focusing on capital efficiency, composability, and risk-aware design.
Frontend Track
Make DeFi feel familiar, powerful, and accessible. Reimagine a modern fintech app - fully onchain. Build an interface designed for everyday users but powered by blockchain primitives.
Strategy Track
We’re looking for creative uses of automation that make investing smarter, safer, and hands-off. Automated investing, powered by smart accounts. Use Ethereum Smart Accounts to build automated and programmable strategies on top of xStocks.
Please note that all hackathon projects can only be started on during xStocks Hacker House. While you are highly encouraged to come prepared with ideas, existing projects will not be accepted.
